Helena Gutierrez is one of the Co-Founders of Share PLM, where she helps engineering companies embrace digital transformation through people-centric approaches.

With a background in aeronautical engineering and over a decade leading PLM initiatives globally, she is currently pursuing a PhD in AI Adoption in Engineering at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Helena combines Design Thinking and AI to help teams navigate change and transform their companies.
