Philipp Wibbing is a Board Member at UNITY, the management and technology consultancy, where he leads the firm's digitalization and artificial intelligence practice. His consulting expertise spans Systems Engineering, PLM, CIO Strategy, Business Model Innovation, and Agile Management – with a strong focus on the automotive industry and digital transformation in healthcare.

Philipp holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Paderborn and has been with UNITY since 2005. From 2016 to 2019, he co-developed UNITY's business in China before joining the executive board in July 2024. 

He is also a Board Member of the prostep ivip Association since 2018, where he oversees the annual prostep ivip Symposium. Additionally, he is co-author of the management book Chefsache IT.
